Today was the day of editing, as we opened up final cut pro and looked through our footage which we was about edit. As a group we all discuss and decided that we wasnt happy with the footage which we filmed as the quality didnt come out what we expected and also because the lighting was dark. Below i have posted a shot which we was going to use in our thriller open but was not happy with as it is 'grainey' and isnt clear like we wanted. Some of the footage which we filmed on the tripod also came out quite 'shakey' which doesnt make the shots clear which would be a disadvantage to the audience so we need to make sure that when we refilm that the tripod is level and in focus in what we are filming.
On sunday, we are all going to go out and film on a differant camera which has HD and make sure that we have enough lighting where ever we film to make sure that our quality of our filming comes out the highest standard possible.
When editing, we also realised that it would be a good idea to shoot each shot in more than one camera angle as this would give us more footage to work with when editing and make us find which angle would look best, for example, when recording the stalker we should do an over the shoulder shot, as well as a close up shot and a long shot.
